Terms of Use
By creating an account or using Waved, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Waved.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you post — sets, comments, playlists and profile details. By posting, you grant Waved a non-exclusive licence to display that content inside the app so the service can function. You are responsible for what you post and must have the right to share it.
Community rules
- No abusive, hateful, harassing or threatening content.
- No spam, impersonation or misleading content.
- No content that infringes someone else's rights, including copyright.
You can report any set or comment from inside the app, and block users whose content you don't want to see. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Objectionable content reported to us is actioned within 24 hours.
Music playback
Sets play through YouTube's embedded player and remain subject to YouTube's own terms of service. Waved does not host audio. Optional exports to Spotify or Apple Music are subject to those services' terms.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer
Waved is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
